Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Teva Quarter Is Located In The Northern Part Of The City Of Pernik. The Scope Of The Development Part Of Pi 55871.507.286 And Upi V For Residential Construction And Public Services - Space Between Block 75, Block 76 And Block 77 From The West And Block 79, Block 80 And Block 81 From The East. The Inter-Block Space Is Used For Parking On Unpaved Ground. The Existing Alley Network Is Made Of Heterogeneous Materials (Concrete Slabs, Asphalt Concrete, Concrete Pavement), Amortized And Overgrown With Grass Vegetation. In Situational Terms, The Inter-Block Space Is Designed On The Basis Of A Design Specification, An Approved Regulatory Plan, An Approved Cadastral Map And A Geodetic Survey. Dismantling Of Old And Amortized Pavements Is Planned Within The Scope Of Design. The Design Decision Provides For The Construction Of Asphalt Lanes For Maneuvering, Parking Spaces And New Sidewalks. A Working Investment Project Has Been Prepared For The Site In Parts, As Follows: Road With Traffic Organization And Safety And Temporary Traffic Organization, Architecture, Geodesy, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan. ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Public Procurement, Together With The Contractual Conditions.
