The Purpose Of The Current Award Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of A Specialized Bus Transport Service For Children In Compulsory Preschool Age And Students From I To Xii Grades Of Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Yambol, During The Academic Year 2026/2027, For One Specific Position, Including The Following Routes: 1. Route No. 1: Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol - Village Of Charda - Village Of Zimnitsa - Village Of Zavoy - Village Of Veselinovo - Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol; Performance Times: 06:50 And 14:30; A Bus With A Minimum Of 50 Seats; Mileage 46 Km Per Course And 92 Km Per School Day. 2. Route No. 2: Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol - Village Of Tenevo - Village Of Hanovo - Village Of Okop - Village Of Kukorevo - Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol; Performance Times: 06:30 And 14:30; A Bus With A Minimum Of 50 Seats; Mileage 47 Km Per Course And 94 Km Per School Day. 3. Route No. 3: Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol - Village Of Drazevo - Village Of Kabile - Su St. Kliment Ohridski - Town Of Yambol; Performance Time: 2:30 P.M.; A Bus With A Minimum Of 19 Seats; Mileage 24 Km Per Course And Per School Day. The Total Estimated Daily Mileage On The Three Routes Is 210 Km, And The Estimated Number Of School Days For The Main Period Is 165. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Create An Obligation To Be Awarded Or Paid For The Entire Estimated Volume. The Main Period For Providing The Services Is From 16.09.2026 To 15.06.2027 Inclusive. The Services Are Performed For Each Present School Day According To The School Time Schedule Approved By Order Of The Minister Of Education And Science, The Route Timetables And The Written Instructions Of The Contracting Authority. On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Provides For Its Benefit A One-Time Option To Continue The Provision Of The Services For A Period Of Up To 4 (Four) Months, But No Later Than 31.12.2027, In Order To Ensure Continuous Transportation Of The Children And Students Until The Entry Into Force And The Start Of The Execution Of A New Contract With The Same Subject.
