The Subject Of The Present Order Is Performance Of Independent Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Smr At The Following Sites: 1. Street 22Nd Of October From O.T. 95 To O.T. 175 With A Length Of 281.42M; 2. Petko Napetov Street From O.T. 313 To O.T. 327 With A Length Of 307.95M 3. Yanko Maslinkov Street From O.T. 230 To O.T. 234 With A Length Of 170.94M Total Length Of The Sections Of The Streets Subject To Major Repair - 760.31M. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Exercising Construction Supervision During The Execution Of The Cmr Of The Construction According To Art. 168 Of The Zut For Each Site. Preparation Of A Final Report For Each Object According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, After Signing Constitutive Act No. 15 To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction For Each Site. Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of Each Site For Which Construction Supervision Was Exercised During Construction, Within The Scope Specified In Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works For Each Site. Carrying Out The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For Each Site. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
