Upon Execution Of The Order, Periodic Delivery Of Food Products On Request With Specified Assortment And Quantities Should Be Made To The Childrens Facilities On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vetrino - Dg Vasil Levski Village Of Vetrino; Dg Happy Childhood Belogradets Village. Given The Specifics Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Places Estimated Quantities Of The Delivered Food Products For Each Of The Separate Items Included In The Subject Of The Procurement. The Quantities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement, And The Same Are Estimated And Do Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Their Complete Utilization Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Purchase Of The Food Products Will Be Determined According To The Emerging Needs Of The Contracting Authority. In Terms Of Quality Requirements, The Delivered Goods Must Comply With Bds, Pdo Or Equivalent. Upon Delivery, The Goods Must Be Fit For Their Intended Use. The Subject Of The Separate Positions Includes The Supply Of Food And Beverages Included In The List Of Organic Food Products, By Groups, According To Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement.
