Specific Positions: The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 /In A Word: Two/ Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Authors Supervision And Construction) Of A Site/Construction: Restoration Of A Retaining Wall And Culvert On Municipal Road Sml 2133 /Ііі-867, Madan-Tsatsarovtsi/ - Bukovo - Bukova Polyana - /Ііі-865/ In The Section At Km 6+240, Located In The Land Of The Village Of Bukovo, Municipality Madan”; And Separate Position No. 2: Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Authors Supervision And Construction) Of A Site/Construction: Strengthening Of A Bridge And Restoration Of Retaining Walls On The Municipal Road Sml 3145 /Iii-865, Leska - Stoyanovo - Diralo/ In The Section At Km 0+110, Located In The Municipality Of Madan. 3. Implementation Activities And Scope: The Activities For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In The Part Of Each Of The Separate Positions Cover: Activity No. 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project In All Parts For The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Site/Construction. The Investment Project Should Be Developed In The Technical Project Phase. Activity No. 2: Execution Of Construction Works On The Site/Construction Site. The Construction Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project And The Other Issued Construction Documents And The Requirements Of Article 169, Paragraphs 1 And 3 Of The Civil Code, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards And Norms And Regulations Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community, Including The Specific Regulatory Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Protection Of Animal Species And Habitats And Safety Of Construction And Installation Works. Activity No. 3: Author Supervision Of All Parts Of The Designers, Carried Out During The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Site/Construction. The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision Activities Includes The Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Object By The Designers In All Project Parts And The Services Related To The Activity If There Is A Justified Need - Non-Essential Revisions Of The Project, Consultations, Preparation Of Drawings, Participation In Meetings And Reception Committee.
