Procurement Of The Provision Of The Fixed Monitoring Service In Educational Equipment And Occasional In Cultural And Youth Equipment For The Activities Promoted By The Council Of Sant Pere De Ribes, Within The Framework Of Resolution Ife/4656/2025, Of December 11, Which Approves The Transfer Intended To Deploy The Plan Correspondents In Catalonia.Contract For The Provision Of Fixed Monitoring Service In Educational Equipment And Punctual In Cultural And Youth Equipment For The Activities Promoted By The Sant Pere De Ribes City Council, Within The Framework Of Resolution Ife/4656/2025, Of December 11, Which Approves The Transfer Intended To Deploy The Responsible Plan In Catalonia, In Accordance With This Package Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Prescriptions Techniques The Object Of The Present Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Monitoring, Surveillance And Socio-Educational Intervention Of The Open Playgrounds Of The Municipality Of Sant Pere De Ribes Within The Corresponding Plan (Ife Resolution /4656/2025, Of December 11; And Ife Resolution/4769/2025, Of December 12). The Service Aims To Offer Monitoring, Preferably To Children And Young People Up To 29 Years, Facilitating The Reconciliation Of Work, Family And Personal Life. The Service Includes Monitoring Activities, Aimed At Young People Or Other Groups That Require Special Attention, Thus Ensuring Their Well-Being. The Service Focuses On The Coordination And Implementation Of Fun And Educational Activities, Creating A Safe And Adequate Environment For Each Concrete Need Of The Young People Of The Municipality. The Actions Integrated In This Service Are Structured In Three Fundamental Axes:-Surveillance And Custody Of The Facilities: Guaranteeing The Good Use Of The Spaces, Strictly Ensuring Compliance With The Municipal Ordinances Of Civility And Cleanliness. It Is The Services Responsibility To Ensure That The Facilities Are Maintained In Optimal Conditions For Their Main Educational Function.- Socio-Educational Intervention: Implement Game And Leisure Proposals That Encourage The Participation Of Users. The Service, When The Number Of Young People/Minors Allows It, Will Have To Promote Physical, Sports And Recreational Activities That Promote Values ​​Of Coexistence, Respect And Inclusion.-Promotion Of Family And Community Use: Acting As A Facilitator
