Procurement And Installation Of Blast-Resistant Window Film . The Department Of National Defence (Dnd) Of Canada Wishes To Make The Pointe-À-Carcy (Pac) Building More Secure. The Building Is Located In A Dense And Tourist-Heavy Area Of The City. A Physical Security Assessment Conducted By The Military Police, As Well As A Threat And Risk Assessment (Tra), Evaluated The Security Level Of The Residence. These Assessments Recommended, Among Other Measures, That The Windows Be Covered With A Blast-Resistant Film To Protect Dnd Members In Case Of Danger And To Obstruct Visibility Into The Building.
