The Canadian Forces Health Services (Cfhs) Directorate Of Health Services Strategic Concepts (Hs Strat) Requires One (1) Experienced Subject Matter Expert At Senior Level To Lead And Support The Operationalization Of Key Objectives Within The Draft Cfhs Strategic Campaign Plan. Although The Strategic Campaign Plan Is Awaiting Final Approval, Implementation Is Underway, And Several Objectives Require Dedicated Staff Leadership And Support. The Primary Focus For This Contractor Is To Lead Operational And Implementation Planning For Health Services (Hs) Support Within The Future Canadian Arctic Theatre Of Operations (Cato). This Includes Coordinating Department Of National Defence (Dnd)/Canadian Armed Forces (Caf) Investments With Other Caf Level 1S, Such As The Canadian Joint Operations Command (Cjoc) Regarding Future Northern Operational Support Hubs And Collaborating Externally To The Department With Health Canada (Hc) On A Potential Dual-Use Cfhs Investment Program Broadly Mentioned In Budget 2025. The Contractor Will Represent Hs Strat At Key Internal Dnd/Caf Cato Forums And Select External Engagements.
