That, In The Case Of Goods That, Due To Their Nature, Cannot Be Reused Or Shared, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 28, Second Paragraph, Of The Regulations Of The Purchasing Law, The San José Hospital Is Exempt From The Consultation Procedure With The Circular Economy Platform. 5.
