The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of An Emergency Resolution Service For Pacemaker Implantation, Changes In The Generating Unit, Review Of Device Electrodes And Resolution Of The Waiting List For Implantable Devices, Electrophysiological Studies And Radiofrequency Ablations; That Allow Implants And Changes Of The Single-Chamber And Dual-Chamber Pacemaker Generating Unit, As Well As The Revision Of Said Electrodes And Complex Devices Such As; Cardiac Defibrillators And Resynchronizers With And Without Emergency Defibrillator. All Of This, In Patients Referred From The Emergency Service And The Critical Patient Unit Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital And Nodo Hospitals, In The Context Of A Procedure That Cannot Be Postponed, During Non-Business Hours, Since There Is No 24-Hour Shift To Resolve These Procedures. On The Other Hand, With The Contracting Of This Service, It Is Intended To Carry Out Electrophysiological Studies And Treatment With Radiofrequency Ablation As Appropriate, With And Without A Three-Dimensional Electroanatomical Mapping System. In Addition, It Is Expected To Resolve The Waiting Lists And The Care Of Patients Who Are Hospitalized Waiting For These Services, Since There Is Not Enough Institutional Capacity To Cover And Resolve These Needs Of Patients Not Scheduled Within Hours, And At The Same Time, It Seeks To Guarantee Access To The Ward, When It Is Not Feasible To Resolve The Aforementioned Procedures During Institutional Hours. That Said, These Procedures Will Be Carried Out In The Establishments Facilities, Outside Of Institutional Hours, And To Patients Who Are Beneficiaries Of The Public Health System Of This Establishment And Other Node Hospitals That Require These Services; Which Are Intended To Provide Protection To The Public Health Of Users. All Of This, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In The Administrative And Technical Bases, And In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18,417, Only With Respect To Health Providers Who Carry Out The Health Actions That They Are Responsible For Executing. In This Sense, The Health Actions Provider Will Be Obliged To Provide On Behalf Of And In The Name Of The Hospital, And Through Delegation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of Dfl 3680 To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Actions Of Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Health Rehabilitation That Are Tendered By This Act.
