Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field and falling in category F of RPPA for companies operating in the field of building and civil engineering as per June, 2026. (No physical documents shall be allowed). All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from recognized commercial banks equivalent to Six Hundred and Twenty Thousand Rwanda Francs (620,000 Frw). A compulsory site visit will be conducted at SOS Nyamagabe, (Former Gikongoro) on 27/06/2026 from 10h00 a.m to 4:h00 p.m. Note that all companies to take site visit will register their addresses at the entrance of the gate hence after continuing to proposed construction sites.
