Tenders are invited for Structural Assessment and Demolition Planning for Damaged Buildings in Gaza Tender Description Request For Proposals (RFP) Reference No.: SAFE-UNDP-05/2026 The Gaza Society for Sustainable Agriculture and Friendly Environment (SAFE) is a Palestinian NGO established in 2002, implementing integrated humanitarian, recovery, and development interventions across the Gaza Strip. With a strong local presence, SAFE operates across key sectors including WASH & Shelter, Food Security & Livelihoods, Health & Nutrition, and emergency response, supporting vulnerable communities in Gaza Strip. SAFE invites legally registered and qualified engineering consulting offices to submit proposals for: Structural Assessment and Demolition Planning for Damaged Buildings in Gaza under the project: Emergency Debris Management in the Gaza Strip implemented in partnership with UNDP/PAPP and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the RFP documents. · Interested consulting firms may collect the RFP documents from 24/06/2026 until 04/07/2026 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Gaza time). · A pre-bid meeting to present the RFP requirements and address any clarifications will be held on 30/06/2026 at 12:00 PM at SAFEs main office (Gaza, Al-Saraya, Abu Shaban Building, opposite the PNGO Gaza office). · The deadline for the submission of proposals, by hand, to SAFEs main office in Gaza is 05/07/2026 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time). · Bidders will be required to sign and submit the Bid Securing Declaration and all mandatory declarations and forms as specified in the RFP documents. · SAFE is not bound to award the contract to the lowest-priced offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any proposal, reject any or all proposals, cancel the process, or re-announce where this is in the best interest of the project and beneficiaries. · The awarded company shall bear the costs of advertisements published in newspapers and other platforms used for announcing this RFP. · The RFP documents fee is 100 USD (non-refundable), to be transferred to SAFEs bank account at Quds Bank, Account No. 66544.
