The Employer, hereby informs all interested participants that the procurement procedure for SWP-02: Supervision Engineer (ECEPP Exercise ID: 43048849 - https://ecepp.ebrd.com/delta/viewNotice.html?displayNoticeId=43048973) was unintentionally closed in the ECEPP system on 24 June 2026 due to technical reasons. To ensure equal treatment of all participants and maintain a fair and transparent procurement process, the Employer has initiated a recreated tender exercise in the ECEPP system (ECEPP Exercise ID: 45378357). The recreated exercise contains the same procurement documents as the original exercise, including Amendment No. 1 and all Clarifications previously issued under the original exercise. Participants are hereby requested to consider Amendment No. 1 and all Clarifications as an integral part of the procurement documents when preparing and submitting their proposals. All interested participants are invited to participate in the recreated exercise and submit their proposals through the new ECEPP exercise.
