Buses And Coaches – Fifty-Four (54) Twelve-Meter Hybrid Buses, Intended To Provide Service As Part Of The Fleet Of Empresa Malagueña De Transportes, S.A.¡M., With The Possibility Of Exercising An Eventual Option For Additional Supply Of Up To Twenty (20) Buses.. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 2.D) Of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, Of February 4, The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Buses For The Provision Of The Urban Passenger Transport Service As Part Of The Emtsam Bus Fleet, According To The Conditions Established In The Technical Prescription Document. Said Supply Is Absolutely Necessary To Offer Adequate Provision In The City Of Malaga Of The Urban Transport Service Offered By Emtsam By Virtue Of The Order Conferred Under Direct Management By The Malaga City Council. The Technical Specifications Of The Goods Are Expressly Described In The Particular Technical Prescription Document. The Supply Includes The Transportation And Distribution Of The Goods, The Object Of This Contract, In Accordance With The Destinations Specified In The Corresponding Technical Prescription Document. The Vehicles Subject To The Contract Are Low-Floor City Buses, Standard Diesel Hybrid Type, With Three Doors, Approximately Twelve Meters In Length. With An Approximate Power Of 221 Kw. (Approx. 300 Hp). Adapted For Use By People With Reduced Mobility, With A Double Ramp System (Automatic And Manual) In The Central Door, As Well As Space On The Central Platform For At Least One Wheelchair. Equipped With A Kneeling Device On The Right Side If Necessary Due To Their Height. Their Details And Technical Conditions Are Specified In The Technical Prescription Document. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Lots In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 52.3 Of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, Of February 4, When Valid Reasons Exist That Justify The Unitary Contracting Of The Supply.
