Architectural And Related Services – Construction Of A After-School Building In The Main Town Of Hösbach - Architect. To Ensure The Full-Day Entitlement, The Hösbach Market Is Planning To Build A After-School Care Building On Schöllkrippener Straße In The Main Town Of Hösbach. It Is Planned To Ensure Operations Through The St. Michael Association As The Sponsor, Which Currently Ensures Lunchtime Care In The School Building. Due To The Growing Number Of Students And The Increasing Number Of Childcare, Needs-Based Care Is Required, Which Can No Longer Be Guaranteed In The School Building Alone. It Is Planned To Relocate The Lunchtime Care To The Newly Constructed After-School Building. As Part Of The Basic Planning, A Location Analysis Was Carried Out In 2022. Based On This, The Market Town Council Decided To Pursue The Location On Schöllkrippener Straße. Compared To The Location Analysis, The Following Changes Have Resulted In The Current Project: - Reduction Of The Area By One Crèche Group And 1 Kindergarten Group - Reduction Of The After-School Children From 125 To 120 - Reduction In The Area By The Number Of Crèches And Kindergartens. The After-School Building Is Planned To Accommodate 120 After-School Children With A Serving Kitchen, Dining Room And Side Rooms As Well As Traffic Areas. The Traffic Access Takes Place Via Schöllkrippener Straße; The Childrens Access To The School On Foot Is Planned Via The Rear Area. The Project Is To Be Carried Out Using Fag Grants And The State Funding Program For All-Day Expansion.
