The Procedure Used For The Award Of The Framework Agreement Is The Open Call For Tenders Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2, And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 1,000,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax For All Members Of The Order Group.
