The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated And Its Management. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz And Will Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Concluded Agreement. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Inhabited Properties, I.E. Those With At Least One Premises Inhabited By At Least One Resident And All Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, Located In The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune. 3. Based On The Submitted Declarations, The Ordering Party Estimates That The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune Is: - Inhabited By Approximately 8,299 Inhabitants, - There Are Approximately 1,975 Inhabited Properties, Of Which 1,804 Properties Are Single-Family Properties, - There Are Approximately 174 Uninhabited Properties, - As Part Of The Service Provided, Within A Period Of 36 Months, Will Be Collected From The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune And Transferred To Management Of A Total Of 15,624.00 Mg Of Municipal Waste. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Service, The Number Of Inhabited Properties, The Number Of Inhabitants, The Number Of Uninhabited Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, And Therefore - The Amount Of Municipal Waste, May Increase Or Decrease. These Changes Will Not Affect The Change In Unit Prices Affecting The Amount Of The Contractors Remuneration.
