A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance, Including The Minimum Requirements For New Servers, Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Contract – Technical Specification. In Accordance With § 100, Paragraph 1 Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Possibility Of Changing The Obligation From The Contract, For The Purpose Of Ensuring Compliance With The Requirements Of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, And Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., Especially In The Area Of ​​Supply Chain Security Management. This Reserved Change Applies In Particular To The Period Of Gradual Implementation Of The New Requirements Of The Aforementioned Act And Decree And The Incorporation Of Appendix No. 5 Of The Aforementioned Decree Into Contractual Documents. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Make Adjustments To The Contract To The Extent Necessary So That The Contractual Relationship Corresponds To Currently Binding Or Newly Emerging Obligations In The Field Of Supplier Management.
