Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Provision Of Transport Services For Disabled Students From The Kobierzyce Commune To Educational Institutions, Schools And Places Of Residence In The School Year: 2026/2027 And 2027/2028. A) The Service Consists In The Provision Of Transport Services By The Contractor To Disabled Students Subject To Compulsory Schooling And Annual Pre-School Preparation, B) The Service Also Includes The Provision Of Care For Students During The Transport Of Students By The Contractor, C) Transport Of Students From Their Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions And Schools And From Educational Institutions And Schools To The Students Place Of Residence Will Take Place Only On Days When Educational Units Carry Out Teaching And Educational Tasks And Care, D) The Contractor Will Provide Transport Services On School Days, Excluding Holiday Breaks And Other Days Free From Teaching Activities In Accordance With The Organization Of The School Year Published By The Ministry Of National Education For A Given School Year. E) The Service Will Be Provided On All School Days In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 And 2027/2028 School Year From September 1, 2026 To June 23, 2028, From 6:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. 2) The Estimated Average Daily Number Of Kilometers (Delivery And Pickup To All Facilities) Is Approximately 890 Km. 3) The Projected List Of The Number Of Children, Centers And Schools To Which Disabled Children Will Be Transported And Their Places Of Residence Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Sopz (Appendix A To The Swz). 4) Transport Will Be Carried Out According To Specific Routes. The Forecasted Routes Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Sopz (Annex A To The Swz). 2.
