Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The Narew Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The Narew Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In Narew At Ul. Mickiewicza 18, 17-210 Narew 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Collect, Transport And Manage Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Narew Commune; 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Pszok; 3) Providing Owners Of Single-Family Properties With Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste And Containers For Selective Waste Collection On The Premises Of Multi-Family Properties And Pszok; 4) Management Of Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 5) Performing Obligations Regarding The Management Of Construction And Demolition Waste Referred To In Art. 101A Section 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, I.E. Ensuring Segregation Of Construction And Demolition Waste Generated By Natural Persons And Transferred To Pszok At Least: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Plaster And Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles, Ceramic Materials And Stones In Order To Ensure Suitability For Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Other Recovery, Unless Segregation Is Not Technologically Possible Or No Segregation Will Allow For Preparation For Reuse, Recycling Or Other Recovery; 6) Achieving The Highest Possible Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Reducing The Mass Of Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill; 7) Reporting In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 8) Informing The Ordering Party In The Event Of Failure By Property Owners To Fulfill The Obligation To Selectively Collect Municipal Waste; 9) Waste Collection Of All Waste Fractions From A Given Property On The Same (One) Day.
