The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale By The Contractor To The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, And The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of 2 Pieces Of It Equipment, Together With Software, In Accordance With The Specification And Ensuring The Functionalities Referred To In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As: Apu). 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: 2.1. It Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Service For It Equipment And Software For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Implementation Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party, Including The Provision Of Manufacturer Support (Service Support) By Issuing An Appropriate Document To The Ordering Party Confirming The Right To Access The Manufacturers Support In The Above-Mentioned. Period, In Accordance With The Manufacturers General Conditions. 2.2. It Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Support Service For No Longer Than A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Implementation Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreement, Including The Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Copyrights To The Results Of Activities Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Support Service. As Part Of The Support Service, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Up To 150 Hours Of Technical Consultations Regarding Problems Related To It Equipment Or Software. Consultations Will Include Analyses, Audits, Recommendations And Ongoing Administrative Work And All Types Of Reconfiguration And Optimization Work Of It Equipment Or Software, As Well As Assistance In Technical Work Carried Out By The Ordering Party In Cpd/Ropd. Consultations Will Be Provided In Polish, Electronically Via E-Mail Or Messenger Indicated By The Ordering Party (E.G. Ms Teams) Or By Telephone Or At The Ordering Partys Office. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Agreement.
