In Order To Guarantee The Continuity Of Public Service And The Carrying Out Of Culinary Preparations In Hygienic And Safety Conditions In Accordance With Haccp Procedures, Structures May Be Required To Use Temporary Staff. This Use Of Temporary Staff Occurs In Particular To: - Compensate For Temporary Absences Of Permanent Or Contractual Agents (Illnesses, Leave, Training, Vacancy, Team Reinforcement); - Respond To Variations In Activity, One-Off Or Seasonal Needs; - Ensure Activity Is Maintained In The Evenings, Weekends Or Public Holidays, When The Organization Requires It.
