Placement Services Of Personnel – Services For The Provision Of Temporary Staff For The Kitchens Of Child Welfare Establishments. The Contract Concerns The Provision Of Temporary Staff For The Kitchens Of Child Welfare Establishments. Ase Establishments Provide Reception, Accommodation, Observation And Support Missions For Children And Adolescents, Requiring Daily Catering In Compliance With Current Nutritional, Health And Regulatory Requirements. In Order To Guarantee The Continuity Of Public Service And The Carrying Out Of Culinary Preparations In Hygienic And Safety Conditions In Accordance With Haccp Procedures, Structures May Be Required To Use Temporary Staff. This Use Of Temporary Staff Occurs In Particular To: - Compensate For Temporary Absences Of Permanent Or Contractual Agents (Illnesses, Leave, Training, Vacancy, Team Reinforcement); - Respond To Variations In Activity, One-Off Or Seasonal Needs; - Ensure Activity Is Maintained In The Evenings, Weekends Or Public Holidays, When The Organization Requires It. The Staff Made Available Must Be Able To Occupy Positions Of Cook Or Catering Agent (Cook Assistant), And Carry Out The Associated Missions, Independently Or Under The Responsibility Of The Supervisory Teams. The Services Cover All The Activities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of A Collective Kitchen In An Ase Establishment, Including Production, Preparation, Service, Maintenance And The Strict Application Of Hygiene And Food Safety Procedures. The Holder Must Provide, Within The Expected Deadlines, Operational Staff Meeting The Requirements Of Qualification, Competence And Responsiveness To Ensure The Continuity Of The Catering Service Under The Best Conditions.
