The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An In Vivo Cherenkov Radiation Imaging System For The Katowice Oncology Center, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Price Offer. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Installation And Clinical Implementation Of A Cherenkov Radiation Imaging System, Enabling Real-Time Monitoring Of The Administered Dose And Control Of The Patients Positioning During Radiotherapy. The System Allows You To Visualize The Beam Distribution On The Patients Body, Verify The Correct Use Of Boluses And Other Accessories, And Archive Video Recordings Of Each Therapeutic Session. The Device Integrated With The Sgrt System Will Be Used In Aos, Which Will Increase The Safety And Throughput Of Services. 3. The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Equipment Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Also Includes: 1) Delivery Of The System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment Swz) To The Destination, 2) Installation, Commissioning, 3) Connection Of The Delivered Equipment Along With Integration With Sgrt And Accelerators Owned By The Ordering Party, 4) Ensuring The Compatibility Of The System With Medical Documentation And Dicom Standards. 5) Providing Clinical Updates Consistent With New Aapm And Iec Guidelines. 6) Training Of Staff In The Use Of The System, Interpretation Of Cherenkov Images And Reporting Of Results. 7) Transfer Of Medical Equipment For Use Along With All Necessary Approvals, Certificates, Software And Perpetual Software Licenses, 8) 24-Month Warranty Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order By Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 9) 36-Month Post-Warranty Service Counted From The Day Following The End Of The Warranty Period
