As A Mental Health Service Provider, The Palatinate Clinic For Psychiatry And Neurology - Adör - (Hereinafter: The Client) Provides Child And Adolescent Psychiatric, Psychiatric, Geriatric Psychiatric, Psychosomatic, Psychotherapeutic, Neurological, Social-Therapeutic And Community Psychiatric Services In Many Regions Of The Palatinate. The Services For Sick People - Inpatient, Outpatient, Residential And Day Services As Well As Community Psychiatric Services - Are Provided In 15 Cities And Communities In The Palatinate, And Further Locations Are Planned. In Total, Around 30,000 People Are Treated And Cared For As Inpatients, Part-Time Inpatients Or Outpatients Every Year. The Clinic Has Around 1,180 Beds, Therapy And Residential Places And Additional Outpatient And Outreach Services At Almost All Locations. With A Sales Volume Of Around Eur 195 Million, The Pfalzklinikum With Its Subsidiaries Pfalzklinikum Service Ggmbh And Medizinisches Pflegezentrum (Mvz) Pfalzkli-Nikum Gmbh Is An Important Economic Factor And, With Around 2,500 Employees, One Of The Largest Employers In The Region. The Client Intends To Conclude A Service Or Software Provision Contract For The Introduction And Implementation Of An Integrated Time Management And Duty Scheduling Solution. Contractually, The Order Should Include The Procurement, Commissioning, Adaptation And - In The Case Of A Saas Solution - The Subsequent Operation, Maintenance And Further Development Of A Digital Personnel Scheduling And Time Recording System That Covers The Specialized Requirements Of A Psychiatric-Neurological Clinic. The Solution To Be Procured Should Be Available To All Pfalzklinikum Companies And Contain All Relevant Components For Roster And Shift Planning, Working Time Recording And Personnel Management. With This Procurement, The Client Is Pursuing The Goal Of Replacing The Currently Decentralized Or Manually Controlled Planning Processes With A Modern, Efficient System And Optimally Controlling Human Resources. The Solution Is Intended To Significantly Reduce The Administrative Burden On Those Responsible For Rosters And At The Same Time Enable Transparent, Legally Compliant Rostering. In Addition To Collective Bargaining Requirements (Tvöd-K, Tv Doctors) And Labor Law Regulations (Working Hours Act, Nursing Personnel Lower Limits Ordinance (Ppugv), Personnel Assessment Guidelines, Nursing Staff Regulations (Ppr 2.0), Hospital-Specific Staffing Requirements Must Also Be Complied With. The Solution Aims To Automate Routine Checks And Warnings About Violations Of The Law Or Collective Agreements, As Well As To Reliably And Reliably Maintain Long-Term Rosters The System To Be Procured Must In Particular Allow The Automated Creation Of Shift, Service And Deployment Plans And Must Be Qualified
