The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Provide Contractors For Sealing (Silanization) Of Deep Fissures And Pits Of First Permanent Molars In Connection With The Implementation Of The National Program For The Prevention Of Oral Diseases In Children From 0 To 18 Years Of Age In The Republic Of Bulgaria, 2026-2030 - For 2026 And 2027. The Maximum Available Financial Resource Of The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Award Is Eur 2,080,833.34 Without Vat Or Eur 2,497,000 With Vat For The Implementation Period Of Two Years And It Cannot Be Exceeded. The Financial Resource Is Distributed By Year As Follows: - 2026 - 1,002,500 (One Million Two Thousand Five Hundred) Euros Without Vat Or 1,203,000 (One Million Two Hundred And Three Thousand) Euros With Vat; - 2027 Is 1,078,333.34 (One Million Seventy-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Three And Thirty-Four) Euros Without Vat Or 1,294,000 (One Million Two Hundred And Ninety-Four Thousand) Euros With Vat. The Public Procurement Contract Is Implemented In Stages: 1St Stage Until 31.12.2026; 2Nd Stage Until 31.12.2027. In Accordance With The Stages Of Implementation, The Draft Contract Includes A Clause For Partial Release Of The Guarantees, Respectively, Of The Completed Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With Art. 111, Para. 11 Zop. In The Subject Of The Order: Selection Of A Contractor To Organize, Train And Implement The Placement Of Sealants On The First Permanent Molars Of Children From 5 To 9 Years Old In The Country Under The National Program For The Prevention Of Oral Diseases In Children From 0 To 18 Years Of Age In The Republic Of Bulgaria, 2026-2030. The Following Activities Are Included: A Key Activity Under The National Program Is Silanization Of The First Permanent Molars, Including: - Placement Of Sealants For 2026 On A Minimum Of 20,050 First Permanent Molars Of Children From 5 To 9 Years Of Age Under The National Program; - Placement Of Sealants For 2027 On A Minimum Of 21,560 First Permanent Molars Of Children From 5 To 9 Years Of Age Under The National Program. To Carry Out The Activity, The Contractor Should Provide A Minimum Of 130 (One Hundred And Thirty) Persons - Doctors Of Dental Medicine, Who Will Carry Out The Silanization. A List Of The Persons Who Will Carry Out The Silanization Is Submitted By The Contractor To The Contracting Authority Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Persons Included In The List Must Meet The Following Conditions: - Be Doctors Of Dental Medicine; - At The Time Of Submission Of The List To Work In Medical Facilities; In The List, The Contractor Indicates The Following Information: - Educational And Qualification Degree, Acquired Specialty, Professional Qualification, Professional Experience; - Medical Facility Where The Person Works.
