The Services Subject To The Contract Will Be Performed After A Written Request From A Representative Of The Contracting Authority. Types Of Activities With Estimated Quantities For The Period Of Execution Of The Order: Activities With A Chain Bulldozer With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 150 Kw -130 Msm; Activities With A Front Loader With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 250 Kw - 60 Msm; Activities With A Crusher For Crushing Construction Waste With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 200 Kw - 150 Msm; Activities With A Crusher For Crushing Construction Waste With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 250 Kw - 150 Msm; In The Event That During The Execution Of The Contract There Is A Need To Carry Out An Activity Related To The Screening Of Crushed Construction Waste, The Contractor Should Have A Mobile Sieve For Screening Crushed Construction Waste With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 100 Kw. The Services Subject To The Contract Will Be Performed Upon Request By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority. The Acceptance Of The Services For The Relevant Activity Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Handover Protocol Signed By A Representative Of The Contracting Party And A Representative Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Volume Of Assigned Services, According To Its Needs, Up To The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract.
