Bridge Construction Work – Rehabilitation Of The Hauling Platform Of The Béthencourt-Sur-Somme / Saint Simon Section - Ham - Viefville Section (Pk 07+600 To Pk 10+020). The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Rehabilitation Work On The Towing Platform Of The Béthencourt-Sur-Somme / Saint Simon Section - Ham - Viefville Section (Pk 07+600 To Pk 10+020). The Work Falls Under Category 2 Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code. The Contract Includes A Mandatory Inclusion Clause For Groups In Difficulty And Elements Of An Environmental Nature. The Services Give Rise To A Mixed Price Contract. The Services Linked To The Installation Of The Site, Organizational And Execution Studies, Internal Tests And Controls, Information And/Or Communication Panels And The As-Built File Are Provided For In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price (Dpgf) And Give Rise To An Ordinary Contract At A Fixed Price. The Rehabilitation Work On The Hauling Platform Is Subject To Unit Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule And Will Be Carried Out Via Purchase Orders, In Application Of Articles R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, For A Maximum Amount Of: 2,300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. This Amount Represents The Maximum Order Limit And In No Way Constitutes A Purchasing Obligation By The Department. Orders Will Therefore Be Placed According To Actual Needs And Within The Limit Of The Maximum Amount Set Above. The Completion Time For The Work Is Set At 2 Months From The Service Order To Start The Work. This Period Does Not Include The Preparation Period Of 15 Calendar Days Which Begins From The Service Order Starting The Preparation Period
