Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter: Ppu), Which Constitute Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Basic Order And The Order Covered By Option Rights. 2.1 The Basic Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Voice Communication Services (Outgoing And Incoming Domestic, International And Roaming Calls), Text (Sms), Multimedia (Mms) Services Along With Data Transmission And Number Portability; 2) Creation, Launch And Management Of The Ordering Partys Corporate Telephone Group; 3) Provision Of Mobile Internet Access Services; 4) Delivery Of Sim Cards (Usim); 5) Implementation And Provision Of Call Recording Services, Including The Provision Of Service Support For This Solution. 2.2 Optional Orders Include: 1) - Delivery And Activation Of New Sim Cards For The Provision Of Voice Communication Services Along With Data Transmission; 2) Delivery And Activation Of New Sim Cards For The Provision Of Mobile Internet Access Services; 3) Provision Of Additional Services In Accordance With The Price Form Or Price List, Subject To Taking Into Account ... % Of The Discount Offered By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer; 4) Increasing The Capacity Of Disk Space For The Purposes Of Providing The Call Recording Service; 5) Increasing The Number Of Sim Cards For Which The Recording Service Is Provided. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Order The Contractor To Place Orders Covered By The Option Right Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. Exercising The Option Right In Whole Or In Part Is Reserved At The Sole Discretion Of The Ordering Party. Failure Of The Ordering Party To Use The Option Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
