Construction Work - Modernization Of The Audiovisual System And Lighting In The Lecture Halls Of The Teaching Center Of The Medical University Of Lodz In The Design And Build Formula - Sniww Project. 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Modernization Of The Audiovisual And Lighting System In The Lecture Halls Of The Didactic Center Of The Medical University Of Lodz In The Design And Build Formula. 3.2. The Work Will Be Carried Out As Part Of Task No. 2 Of The Science And Knowledge Exchange Zone Project (Investment Financed From The State Budget). 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes. 3.4. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Tor Is Used To Define The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract. 3.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Those Described By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Will Have At Least The Same Features/Functional Parameters As Indicated In The Swz, And The Quality Of Which Is Not Inferior To The Quality Specified In The Product Specification. 3.6. If Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 3.7. In Accordance With All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation, The Words Or Equivalent Are Added. 3.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party. 3.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Completion Date: Order Completion Date: 91 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, No Later Than November 30, 2026. Additional Information: The Ordering Party Shortened The Deadline For Submitting Offers By 5 Days In Accordance With Article 138(4) Of The Public Procurement Law And Due To The Fact That The Submission Of Offers Takes Place Entirely Using Electronic Means Of Communication, In The Manner Specified In Article 63(1).
