According To The Requirements Of The Specifications, The Bidders Will Consider The Completion Of The Turnkey Work Modernization Of Transformer Posts Under Delgaz Grid Management - Technical Documentation Development For The Dtac+ Pth+Dde Phase, Supply Of Products And Execution Of Works, Preparation Of As Built Documentation, Consisting Of: Design Activities: • Development Of Technical And Economic Documentation (Pth+Cs+Dtac+Dde Phase) - Requirements For Design Services The Design Documentation Will Be Drawn Up Based On The Provisions Of The Specifications And Sf No. 182/2024, Made Available To The Bidder For Informational Purposes. It Is Recommended That The Bidder Carry Out The Site Visit Before Submitting The Bid, Verify The Agreement Of The Sf Data With The Real Situation In The Field And Propose The Optimal Technical Solution, In Compliance With The Requirements Of This Specification. According To Chapter 4.1.1. From The Specifications - Site Visit And Technical Solution Sf No. 182/2024 Is Made Available To The Bidder For Informational Purposes, Exclusively For The Purpose Of General Understanding Of The Objective. The Bidder Cannot Rely On The Sf Data To Justify Discrepancies Between The Bid And The Actual Situation On The Ground. The Site Visit Will Be Carried Out Before Submitting The Offer. During The Visit, The Bidder Will Analyze At Least: - The Configuration Of The Existing Electrical Networks, Including The Equipment In Operation And Their Condition; - The Compatibility Of The Proposed Solution With The Adjacent Installations And With The Existing Protection System; - Access Conditions, Land Restrictions And Any Element That Can Influence The Execution Of The Works; - Alignment Requirements With The Guidelines Applicable To The Upgraded Facility. Based On The Findings In The Field, The Bidder Will Propose The Optimal Technical Solution, In Compliance With All The Requirements Of This Specification And The Technical Regulations In Force. The Proposed Solution Will Be Detailed In The Technical Offer And Will Form The Basis Of The Development Of The Design Documentation After The Signing Of The Contract. Any Inconsistency Identified Between The Data In Sf No. 182/2024 And The Real Situation On The Ground Will Be Reported In Writing To The Beneficiary Within The Term Provided For Requests For Clarifications And Will Be Resolved By The Bidders Proposal, Assumed By The Submission Of The Offer. The Technical-Economic Documentation Will Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Strategy Of Delgaz Grid Sa. The Technologies Provided In The Delgaz Grid Sa Strategy - Annex 11 Of The Guidelines Will Be Applied. The Beneficiary Will Make The Feasibility Study No. 182/2024. The Related Documents Included In The Sf (Planning Certificates, Approvals, Agreements, Etc.) Were Previously Obtained And May No Longer Be Valid At The Time Of The Start Of The Authorization Procedure. The Bidder Will Verify Their Validity And Will Include In The Bid All The Costs Related To Obtaining/Renewing The Documents Necessary For Authorization.
