In The Capacity Of Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Contractors Sites In The Contractors Balancing Group, Without The Contractor Paying A Fee For This, As Well As To Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Clients Consumption Schedules.
