The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of A Section Of The Ślęza Collector Made Using Reinforced Concrete Pipes With A Diameter Of Dn 1800 And Dn 2500 In Ul. Szczecińska And Dn1800 In Ul. Płaska In Wrocław With A Length Of Approx. 2,070 M. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Design And Implementation Of: A) Renovation Of Sections Of The Ślęza Collector By Renovation With Grp Or Pehd Pipes Or Spirally Wound Swp Pipes Along With The Renovation Of 22 Chambers And The Liquidation Of 6 Chambers, B) Temporary Pipelines (So-Called Bypasses) With The Necessary Pumping System For The Time Of Renovation Of The Collector, C) Land Development, Including, Among Others: Access Roads, D) Other Facilities And Installations Necessary To Ensure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Similar Contracts Referred To In Art. 388 Point 2) Point C) Of The Public Procurement Law, Within A Period Not Longer Than 3 Years From The Award Of The Basic Contract And With A Value Not Exceeding Pln 2,000,000.00. The Material Scope Of These Orders Will Concern Services That Are The Subject Of The Basic Order Or Services That Are Directly Related To Them. The Terms Of Concluding The Contract Will Be Shaped Appropriately Based On The Terms Of The Basic Procurement Contract, Taking Into Account Differences Resulting From The Value, Implementation Time And The Resulting Differences In Shaping The Price Of The Service And Other Significant Circumstances Occurring At The Time Of Awarding The Contract.
