Laying Around 50 M Of Underground Pipes Under The Floor Slab, Including Breaking Up, Sewer Trenches And Resealing The Floor Slab, Around 45 M² Of Non-Load-Bearing Masonry Walls In The Basement Were Newly Built And Founded, Around 225 M² Of Existing Brickwork In The Basement Was Newly Grouted. On The Ground Floor To Top Floor, A Reinforcing Wall Panel Will Be Dismantled And Rebuilt, Approx. 55 M² Of Masonry With Reinforced Concrete Parts (Supports, Lintels, Ring Beams). An Elevator Shaft Must Be Installed Between The Ground Floor And The Basement. In The Existing Building, Numerous Repairs Have To Be Carried Out In The Masonry With Solid Bricks, Partial Brickwork, Closing Openings And Replacing Damaged Wall Parts. These Repair Work Are Carried Out As Small-Scale Individual Measures With Supports During Construction. The Scope Is Significant. Improvement Work On The Balconies, Concrete Work And Partial Dismantling And Rebuilding Of The East Balcony. Improvement Work On The Garage Will Be Carried Out At Separate Times: Demolition Of The Concrete Ceiling: Approx. 98 M², New Ring Anchor, Approx. 45 Running Meters.
