In Accordance With Article 99.1 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), The Object Of This Contract Is Determined And Defined In Response To The Specific Needs Or Functionalities That Are Intended To Be Satisfied. The Purpose Of The Contract Includes: Provision Of Street Cleaning Service, Cleaning Of Beaches, Parks, Cleaning Of Municipal Plots Enabled As Parking Lots And Attention To Ordinary And Extraordinary Events In The Municipality Of Gáldar. Likewise, It Is Indicated That The Contract Is Not Being Divided In Order To Reduce Its Amount And Thus Avoid The Advertising Requirements Or The Corresponding Award Procedure, In Strict Compliance With The Prohibition Established In Article 99.2 Of The Lcsp.
