Project Management Services Other Than For Construction Work – Corporate Program “Family As A Success Factor”. To Implement The Corporate Program “Family As A Success Factor”, A Contract Must Be Awarded For The 2027-2028 Project Phase (With An Option For A One-Time Extension Until The End Of 2030). A Maximum Of 900,000 Euros (Gross) Per Year Is Available For The 2027-2028 Project Phase. Tasks: As Part Of The Priorities Identified By The Bmbfsfj, New Accents Are To Be Set In The Area Of Family And The World Of Work, Which Combine A Clear Strategic Orientation With Convincing Operational Implementation. It Is Particularly Important To Address The Various Actors (Business/Politics, Employers, Smes, Trade Unions) And To Ensure Broad-Based Communication With Partners From Business And Trade Unions Or Specialist Media. Emphasis Is Placed On The Practical And Target Group-Specific Preparation Of Scientific Findings. The Proposed Formats And Publications Must Always Be Geared Towards Their Communicability And Sustainable Impact On The Respective Target Group. The Contractors Task Is To Develop An Innovative Overall Concept For The Corporate Program “Success Factor Family” And To Implement It In Close Coordination With The Bmbfsfj. The Service Description Contains Special Information About Existing Measures Or Instruments That Must Be Continued. The Following Measures Must Be Taken Into Account When Designing The Upcoming Program Phase: (1) Strategic Advice (2) Identification And Preparation Of New Aspects In The Context Of Family And The World Of Work (3) Accompaniment Of The Reform Of Parental Allowance (4) Compatibility Progress Index - Driving Forward Family-Oriented Corporate Culture (5) Program Management Including Program Monitoring And Documentation (6) Communication Other Tasks That Have To Be Fulfilled As Part Of The Corporate Program Family As A Success Factor (No Need For This Separate Concept Must Be Presented): (7) The Strategic Cooperation With Business And Industry Associations As Well As Trade Unions Should Continue To Be Managed In Close Coordination With The Bmbfsfj And Possible Starting Points For Cooperation Should Be Explored In Order To Bring The Content Of The Company Program Directly To The Target Groups And With The Help Of The Partners Channels Into The Middle Of The Economy. Suggestions For New Partners And Collaborations Are Expected That Will Effectively Increase The Broad Impact Of The Program Content And Create New Access To (Male-Dominated) Industries Where The Issue Of Compatibility Is Still Insufficiently Addressed. (8) Updating The Content Of Selected Existing Publications As Well As Developing And Creating The Content For New Information Materials For Different Target Groups And Recipients (Approx. 1-2 Per Year). (9) Editorial Creation Of Current Reports On The Website (Approx. 1-2 Per Month) And Maintenance Of The Content Of The Online Newsletter “Erf
