District-Heating Mains Construction Work – Framework Agreement Concerning The Connections Of Subscribers To Public Urban Hot And Cold Services In The Ain-Savoie-Haute Savoie Areas. Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement (2 To 4 Envisaged) For The Supply And Installation Of Sections Of The Urban Heating And Cooling Network With A View To Connecting New Subscribers For The Public Urban Heating Service Networks Operated By Dalkia And Its Subsidiaries In The Ain Savoie Haute-Savoie Area (Cluses, Faverges, Seynod, Thonon, Etc.). The Services Will Include The Design Of The Network (Execution Studies, Flexibility Calculation Notes, Etc.), The Supply Of Network Components, The Creation Of The Trench, The Installation And Welding Of The Parts, The Creation Of The Junctions, The Tests, The Backfilling Of The Trenches And The Temporary And Permanent Repairs. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 3 Years, Renewable 5 Times 1 Year. The Framework Agreement Will Be Implemented By Issuing Purchase Orders For Operations Below 250,000 Euros And By Concluding Subsequent Contracts After Re-Competition For Operations Above This Amount. The Operations Covered By The Contract Represent Approximately An Annual Volume That Candidates Are Invited To Consult On The Buyers Profile (Https://Dalkia-Centreest.E-Marchespublics.Com/) Where A Document Containing The Granulometry Of The Work Proposed Over The Last 2 Years Is Made Available. It Is Specified That Certain Operations Covered By The Contract (Volume <5% Of The Total Volume) Must Be Carried Out In The Presence Of Asbestos For Connection To The Existing One. The Services Relating To These Connections May Be Carried Out In-House Or Subcontracted. Purchase Orders Will Be Awarded According To Geographic Areas Predefined In The Consultation Documents. The Framework Agreement Does Not Confer Exclusivity On The Holders Regarding The Needs Of The Buyer.
