Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Planning Services For River Water Heat Pumps. Energie Und Wasser Potsdam Gmbh (Ewp) Intends To Build An Energy Center On The Premises Of The Hkw Süd Site In Potsdam, In Which Several Large Heat Pumps Will Be Installed For The Generation Of District Heating. Two Identical Heat Pumps, Each With A Useful Thermal Heating Output Of Approx. 7.5 Mw, Are Operated With Heat From Deep Geothermal Energy. Another Heat Pump Is To Be Operated With Heat From River Water From The Nuthe River Adjacent To The Site. The River Water Heat Pump Should Have A Thermal Useful Heating Output Of Approx. 3 Mw And Should Be Built Including The Necessary Ancillary Systems, Extraction And Outlet Structures And The Associated Infrastructure. Each High-Temperature Heat Pump System Should Feed Into The District Heating Network Independently Of The Operation Of The Other High-Temperature Heat Pump Systems. The River Water Heat Pump Is Installed In A Separate Area In The Energy Center Building. The Entire Project Is Divided Into Individual Award Units (Ve) Which Are Awarded Successively. (See Appendix 01 Project Schedule) In Order To Ensure A Coordinated Technical, Scheduling And Organizational Project Implementation, The Applicant Offers The Above-Mentioned Service Of Support During The Construction And Assembly Phase, Including Technical Support And Coordination Of The Individual Tender Lots. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Technical Lot Management, Interface Coordination Between The Contractors, Support Of The Client With Technical Coordination As Well As The Support Of The Assembly And Commissioning Phase.
