The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Service Consisting In Inspections, Constant Maintenance And Ongoing Repairs/Removing Failures Of Cranes And Platforms For Transporting Disabled People (Hereinafter Referred To As Cranes) Installed In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Listed In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1). The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed By The Contractor At The Place Where The Cranes Are Installed In The Employers Facilities Located In Grudziądz At Ul. Rydygiera 15/17 And Ul. Szpitalna 6. Or At The Contractors Headquarters, If The Performance Of A Specific Activity Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Requires A Specialized Workstation, Equipment Or Tools. 2). The Detailed Scope Of Activities Comprising Inspection And Maintenance Services And Crane Repair Services, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject, Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
