The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With An Underground Garage And A Service Part On The Ground Floor Of The Building, With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Connection To Urban Networks And Land Development, B) Construction Of A Backup Power Supply Network, C) Construction Of Exits And A Sidewalk Along Ul. Bieńkowski On Plot No. 62/56 Am-10, Żerniki District, D) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Final Decisions On The Use Permit And/Or Certificates Of No Objection To Those Prepared And Submitted In Accordance With Art. 59 Of The Public Procurement Law, Notification Of The Completion Of Construction, E) Handing Over The Facility For Use And Active Participation In Settling The Premises On The Terms Described In This Agreement, F) Other Works Referred To In Detail In The Provisions Of The Opz.
