The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Organizational, Technical, Settlement And Reporting Investment Management On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Of The Authorization Granted In The Contract; • Performing Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law Act; • Coordination Of Activities Of The Ordering Party, Designers, Authors Supervision, Construction Contractor, Administration Bodies, Conservation Services And Other Participants Of The Investment Process; • Control Of The Schedule, Budget, Quality, Compliance Of Works With Documentation, Regulations, Administrative Decisions And Technical Knowledge; • Handling Acceptance, Settlements, As-Built Documentation, Construction Completion Procedures And Activities During The Warranty And Warranty Period.
