The Raffelberg Ruhr Weir Serves To Maintain The Navigable Reservoir In The Headwaters Of The Ruhr And To Supply The Adjacent Hydroelectric Power Station. Four Fish Belly Flaps Are Provided As Closures, Which Are Driven Hydraulically On One Side Via A Torsion Tube And Drive Pulley; Aggregates, Cylinders And Drive Levers Are Housed In The Drive Rooms Of The Pillars; The Flaps Are Stored In The Pillars. The Weir System, The Lock And The Power Plant Together Influence The Storage Target In The Upper Water; The Control Systems Communicate To Maintain The Congestion Target And Share The Responsibility For The Congestion, With Only One System Taking Responsibility At A Time. The Scope Of Services Includes The Creation Of A Functional Specification And Complete Execution Documents For Production Release, The Renewal Of The Operating Level Systems, The Decommissioning, Implementation And Recommissioning Of Existing Control Cabinets And Associated Control Technology As Well As The Dismantling And Disposal Of Control Components And Cables That Are No Longer Required, Depending On The Execution Description. This Is Subject Lot 1. Subject Lot 2 Includes The Revision Of The Hydraulics Of The Weir And Will Be Tendered Separately. Both Measures Are Carried Out In Parallel And Require Close Coordination Between The Contractors.
