Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Holder Must Carry Out: - Support Missions For Co-Owners (Owner-Occupiers, Lessors, Tenants, Union Councils, Trustees/Judicial Administrators) By Integrating A Global Approach (Technical, Social, Legal And Financial); - Steering, Monitoring-Animation And Evaluation Missions, In Coordination With The Representative Of The City Of Chelles (Head Of The Housing Service), As Well As With Institutional Partners.
