The Co-Ownerships Concerned Are: - The “Les Cottages” Co-Ownership Located From 2 To 8 Rue Jonas Made Up Of 70 Housing Units, Registered Ae1468602 In The Co-Ownership Register, Registered Bl01-161 - The “Jonas” Co-Ownership Located 1 Rue Jonas Made Up Of 10 Housing Units, Registered Ae3359197 In The Co-Ownership Register, Registered Bl01-246,250 The Public Market Aims To Support These Two Targeted Co-Ownerships In Their Sustainable Requalification, Their Financial Recovery And The Improvement Of The Living Environment Of The Occupants. Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Holder Must Carry Out: - Support Missions For Co-Owners (Owner-Occupiers, Lessors, Tenants, Union Councils, Trustees/Judicial Administrators) By Integrating A Global Approach (Technical, Social, Legal And Financial); - Steering, Monitoring-Animation And Evaluation Missions, In Coordination With The Representative Of The City Of Chelles (Head Of The Housing Service), As Well As With Institutional Partners. This Mission Must Make It Possible To Respond To The Following Issues: -The Management And Operation Of Co-Ownerships; -Assistance In Defining A Work Program; -Social Support -Improvement Of The Living Environment Its Implementation, For A Period Of Five Years, Should Make It Possible To Support Co-Owners On Different Aspects: - The Legal Aspect; - The Animation And Support Component For Management Bodies And Co-Owners; - The Social Aspect; - The Technical Aspect; - The Energy Aspect And The Fight Against Energy Poverty; - The Work Component For The Autonomy Of The Person In The Home; - The Urban And Real Estate Component.
