In The Event That The Selected Bidder Is Not The Current Operator, The Selected Bidder Will Transfer All Subscriber Numbers Contracted With The Current Operator For Which An Individual User Requests This In Writing To Their Mobile Electronic Communication Network, In Accordance With The Ordinance On Number Portability (Official Gazette, No. 24/15, 71/16 And 124/19).
