The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply And Installation Of A Steam Sterilizer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) For The Institute Of Medical Microbiology Of The 2Nd Faculty Of Medicine Of The Uk And The Motol Faculty Of Medicine. The Subject Of Performance Is Described In Detail In The Draft Purchase Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is Also Service Provision Of The Device For The Duration Of Its Expected Lifetime, I.E. For A Period Of At Least 10 Years, According To These Binding Tender Conditions. The Contractual Relationship Between The Client And The Supplier Will Be Governed By The Purchase Agreement For The Device And The Agreement For The Provision Of Service Services (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Service Contract), Which Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier After Proving That All Conditions Required By The Client Have Been Met. The Device Must Be New, Unused, Delivered With All Accessories, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Components.
