Against The Background Of The Currently Highly Manual And Non-Workflow-Supported Kyc Processes As Well As The Future Increasing Regulatory Complexity Due To The Implementation Of The Amlr-Vo, Nrw.Bank Intends To Procure A Cloud-Based It System As Part Of An Eu-Wide Procurement Process. The Aim Is To Introduce An Integrated, Workflow-Supported It Tool To Automate The Kyc And Screening Processes As Well As To Support Risk Control In Money Laundering Prevention (Hereinafter Referred To As The Kyc Tool). The System Is Intended To Sustainably Improve The Efficiency, Standardization And Regulatory Security Of Aml/Kyc Processes And Replace The Current Status With Largely Manual Processes. The Scope Of The Kyc Tool To Be Procured Includes The Identification And Verification Of All Relevant Customer Groups. At Nrw.Bank, This Includes All Legal Entities (National And International Legal Forms), Natural Persons, Municipalities, Municipal Associations, Foundations As Well As Natural Persons And Partnerships, Etc. The System Must Ensure That Suitable Procedures And Processes Are Available For All Customer Types Mentioned In Order To Ensure Complete And Compliant Implementation Of The Kyc Checks. The Kyc Tool To Be Purchased Must Be Operated As Software-As-A-Service By The Bidder/Contractor. The Bidder/Contractor Undertakes All Work Necessary For The Operation Of The Software Over The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Entire Management (Operation, Maintenance, Updates And Support) Of The Entire Saas Solution (Infrastructure, Platform, Application) Is The Responsibility Of The Bie-Ter/Contractor. The Saas/Sw May Only Use Cloud Infrastructure That Runs In The Eu/Eea And Meets The Requirements Of The Relevant Evb It Contracts (In Particular Evb-It Cloud And General Terms And Conditions). Automatic Scalability Must Be Guaranteed For The Entire Cloud Infrastructure It Resources (Computing Power, Storage, Bandwidth), As Well As For The Backup Capacities. All Resources Should Be Adjusted Upwards Or Downwards Flexibly, Quickly And As Needed. The Saas/Sw Should Be Barrier-Free And Can Be Used Without Restrictions, Especially With Red-Green Vision Impairment. The Software Used Must Be Standard Software That Has Already Been Developed, I.E. H.
