Tenders are invited for Design, Construction, Commissioning and Maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant for Male and Female Hostels at University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu, Vavuniya Bids should be submitted on the forms which could be purchased from the Deputy Registrar (Capital Works & Planning Unit), University of Vavuniya, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on working days from 24.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 on submission of the receipt for a non-refundable payment of LKR 30,000.00. Payment Gateway: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 2,000,000.00 which should be in favor of Vice Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 31.12.2026 (added minimum 28 days beyond bid validity). The Bid Security should be " On demand" and "Unconditional" and on the format given in the bidding document.
