Payment Gateway: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 2,000,000.00 which should be in favor of Vice Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid up to 31.12.2026 (added minimum 28 days beyond bid validity).
