The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Adaptation, Configuration, Implementation, Production Launch And Maintenance Of An It System Supporting The Accounting And Management Of Audiovisual Resources, Rights, Contracts, Licenses, Settlements And Data Exchange With External Systems (Hereinafter Referred To As The System). 2. The System Must Provide Support For The Ordering Partys Business Processes, In Particular In Terms Of: 1) Maintaining A Central Register Of Titles, Materials, Versions, Copies, Media And Related Documents; 2) Records Of Own Productions, Co-Productions, Archival Resources And Types Of Titles Or Materials, To The Extent Necessary To Manage Rights, Exploitation, Licenses And Settlements; 3) Records Of Contractors, Co-Producers, Co-Financing Entities, Contracts, Underlying Rights, License Rights And Restrictions Related To The Exploitation Of Titles; 4) Records Of Production, Co-Production, Distribution And License Agreements, Agreements With Authors And Performers, Annexes, License Orders And Other Documents Affecting The Scope Of Rights Or The Possibility Of Exploitation; 5) Verifying The Availability Of Rights, Scopes Of Authorizations And Identifying Conflicts And Restrictions On The Use Of Titles And Granting Licenses; 6) Handling Processes Related To Licensing And Related Settlements; 7) Handling Data Regarding Share Settlements, Co-Production Settlements, Distributors Reports And Monitoring Revenues And Revenues Resulting From Contracts; 8) Preparing Summaries, Reports And Data Necessary For Control, Settlements, Analyses, Management Reporting And Reporting; 9) Data Exchange With External Systems, In Particular With The Media Resources Management System And The Financial And Accounting System Or Erp, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz. 3. The System Must Ensure Data Consistency, Support Relationships Between Record Objects, Record The History Of Changes And Access Control Mechanisms Appropriate To User Roles. 4. The System Should Support The Continuity Of Information From The Stage Of Creating A Title Or Production Record, Through The Registration Of Documents And Rights, Granting Licenses, Reporting And Data Exchange With External Systems. The System Does Not Replace The Ordering Partys Financial And Accounting System, But Must Ensure The Transmission And Receipt Of Data Necessary To Implement Financial Processes, Within The Scope Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And Agreed In The Pre-Implementation Analysis. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To At Least: 1) Provide A Solution That Meets The Functional, Non-Functional, Security, Integration And Operational Requirements Specified In The Opz; 2) Configure And Parameterize The System And Make The Necessary Adjustments Provided For In The Scope Of The Order; 3) Preparing, Agreeing And Carrying Out Data Migration, Including At Least One Migration P
