Successful Deliveries Of 10 Brand-New, Low-Floor, Electric City Buses With A Total Length Ranging From 11.5 M To 12.5 M, Hereinafter Referred To As Ev12 Buses. 6.1.2. Successful Deliveries Of 10 Brand-New, Low-Floor, Electric City Buses With A Total Length Ranging From 17.5 M To 18.75 M, Hereinafter Referred To As Ev18 Buses. 6.1.3. Successful Deliveries, Including Installation, Connection And First Launch Of 8 Brand-New Plug-In Charging Stations With A Power Greater Than Or Equal To 180 Kw, Hereinafter Referred To As Chargers. 6.1.4. Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For Ev12, Ev18 Buses And Chargers, As Well As Training. 6.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Main Code: 1)34144910-0 Electric Buses, Additional Codes: 2)34121400-5 Low-Floor Buses, 3)34144910-0 Electric Buses, 4)34121100-2 Public Transport Buses, 5)31158000-8 Chargers. 6.3. Formal Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet And Detailed Requirements, Technical Parameters, Equipment And Warranty And Service Conditions That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet And Have Include: 1) Annex No. 2.1 To Swz - Applies To Ev12 Buses, 2) Annex No. 2.2 To Swz - Applies To Ev18 Buses, 3) Annex No. 3 To Swz - Applies To Chargers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Lots. Dividing The Order Separately For Ev12 And Ev18 Buses And The Supply Of Chargers Would Be Economically And Organizationally Ineffective From The Ordering Partys Point Of View. In The Case Of Direct Cooperation Between The Bus Manufacturer And The Charger Manufacturer, It Will Ensure Compatibility And Full Interoperability Of Bus Devices And Chargers, And At The Same Time It Will Result In Proper Supervision Of The Delivery Of Chargers And Assembly Works To Ensure Punctuality And Time Synchronization Of Bus Delivery. The Implementation Of This Order Will Allow For The Coordination Of Activities By The Contractor, Which Will Free The Ordering Party From Employing People/Specialists With The Appropriate Authorizations Required By Law, Whose Task Would Be To Control Contractors, Settle Deadlines And Other Elements Of Individual Contracts. Additionally, There Is Currently No Manufacturer On The Market That Produces Buses And Charging Systems Itself, Which Means That One Bus Supplier Who Selects A Charging System Supplier From The Market Is An Optimal Solution For The Ordering Party, Which Will Translate Into Obtaining The Best Results From The Given Expenditure, Reduce The Costs Of Order Execution, And Also Influence The Highest Possible Level Of Technical Readiness And Reliability Of The Purchased Buses And Charging Systems. The Ordering Party Has Been Operating Electric Buses And Charging Infrastructure For Over 10 Years. In The Course Of The Current Operation Of The Buses, The Ordering Party Has Repeatedly Encountered A Situation Where The Bus Had To Stop Operating Due To An Unidentified Failure Related To The Bus Charging Process.
