The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Two Million, One Hundred Thousand Euros (€2,100,000.00), Plus Vat And Is Analyzed As Follows: I) €1,400,000.00 Budget For The Provision Of The Services For A Period Of Five (5) Years, Which Is The Upper Limit Of The Offer. Ii) Options, With A Total Estimated Value Of Up To €700,000.00 (50% Of The Budget): A) Right To Extend The Contractual Term By Increasing The Object Of The Contract: Admie Unilaterally Reserves The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract Up To Two And A Half (2.5) Additional Years, With A Corresponding Increase In Its Physical And Financial Object, Under The Same Conditions And Unit Values. B) Right To Increase The Object Of The Contract During The Execution Of The Contract (With Or Without Extension): During The Execution Of The Contract, Admie Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Assign Similar Services, I.E. Increase The Physical-Economic Object Of The Contract, With The Same Terms And Unit Prices. In This Case, The Duration Of The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Extended Accordingly, For A Period Of Time That Will Be Mutually Agreed Between The Parties, In Order To Ensure The Completion Of The Additional Object Within The New Agreed Period.
